DELIVERY

Delivery will be dispatched as soon as possible depending upon stock availability. Please always allow up to 14 days from clearance of funds for delivery to cover any temporary stock shortages.
Normally credit card orders will be processed and dispatched within 5 days. However if you have paid by cheque, please allow up to 6 days for cheque clearance.

Our postage, packing and insurance charge is dependent upon destination and will be charged accordingly.

RETURNS POLICY - GUARANTEE

1. Exchanges
   We want you to be delighted with everything that you buy from JANZ, but we appreciate that when you buy through a mail order company you cannot examine the goods prior to purchase. Therefore should you be disappointed and wish to exchange or return any item, then all we ask is that you return it to us in perfect re-saleable condition within 14 days of receipt and we will exchange or refund the cost of the goods, whichever you prefer.
   
   
2. Faulty Merchandise
   JANZ goods are manufactured using the highest quality fabrics and construction, however if any product is defective, please return it to us within 14 days of receipt so that we can either replace it or refund you the cost of the goods, whichever you prefer. This guarantee is in addition to your statutory rights.
   
   
3. Returning Goods
   When returning goods to us please obtain a certificate of posting just in case the goods are lost or damaged in the post. Should this occur it is your responsibility to submit a claim to the Post Office as JANZ will not make any replacement or refund.
   
   
4. Trades Description Act
   Every care has been taken to ensure that the descriptions and specifications of all products are correct at the time of going to press. Top class photography has been used to ensure that the clothing has been accurately portrayed, so that what you see is that you receive, However due to colour reproduction a slight variation in actual goods may occur some products and colours photograph better than others.
   
   
5. Prices
   Prices on this web site are guaranteed as displayed. Should this rate vary we reserve the right to adjust the prices accordingly.
