Placing an order or problems with payment page

Orders can made through our shopping trolley facility on the website.

Payment can be made by credit/debit card or if you prefer you can send a cheque. Most major credit/debit cards are accepted. If you do not wish to enter your card details on line you have the option to fax them to us on 01437 710629 or we will ring you and take details over the telephone.

If you experience a problem with the credit card payment page at the last stage of your order this may be due to a 'pop up' blocker on your computer. You can either turn this facility off to enable you to enter your details or wait for us to contact you as we will have received the first part of the order with your telephone number and e-mail address .

To turn the pop up blocker off temporarily click on 'tools' on the toolbar at the top of your screen. This will open a drop down menu. Click on 'pop up blocker' and you will be given the option to turn it off. This will only turn the pop up blocker off while you are on the 'Janz' website.
